5 Fan-Favorite Episodes of THREADS PODCAST: LIFE UNFILTERED

5 great episodes of THREADS PODCAST: LIFE UNFILTERED

Hey folks.

Sometimes, when I’m not writing my own blogs or books, I write blogs for others. One example is THREADS PODCAST: LIFE UNFILTERED. I wrote articles like 4 Important Hormones for Your Mental Health (And Natural Ways to Boost Them), 3 Ways (Some) Christians Hijack And Exploit The Bible, and (back when things were still really weird) 10 Cool Things to Do While Sheltering in Place. Check all that out and more on the THREADS BLOG, and give a few episodes of their show a listen.

Which episodes shall I listen to first, you ask?

Well, there are a lot of good ones, but here are a few more recent episodes that the people seem to really like. Especially episode 170–that guest is the coolest dude ever…

Ep. 169 || Grieving the Loss of a Friendship Threads Podcast: Life Unfiltered

Have you ever lost someone or something that was extremely important to you? How did you experience grief? How did you process the grief? How are you still processing the grief? As Jason and Mike sit down to catch up in this “personal format” episode, they talk about how they are processing the loss of their friendship with Ben. Jason and Mike have been processing this loss in different ways and yet have come to similar places. And after processing this loss Mike is convinced that there is one last thing he needs to do.And of course, this is not what the guys talk about for the whole episode, cause that would be boring and really drawn out. They catch up on the highs and lows of their past few weeks, hold each other accountable, and end with an unfiltered discussion about what is still drawing them to Jesus even though the Church seems to be a mess.New Community Facebook Group. Ep. 167 || Homeless expert schools Jason & Mike on what we got wrong and what we can do to help. Threads Podcast: Life Unfiltered

A couple of weeks ago Jason and Mike spouted their thoughts on homelessness and poverty. And they quickly realized that they wanted to talk to an expert.Enter Terri Caldwell, an emerging voice (and expert) in West Michigan about homelessness and generational poverty. Nukes. God’s Plan. Sniffing Waffles. Flare Guns. Getting Lost in Space. What do all of these seemingly random things have in common? They are all part of an uncomfortable, YET amazing conversation that Jason and Mike have. At first, we were anxious to have the conversation, yet by the end, we were so happy that we had an uncomfortable conversation about the will of God.And of course, Jason and Mike went off on some tangents, but let’s be honest, tangents are sometimes where the best conversations happen.Whether you are a Christian or atheist, or somewhere in between we hope that you join us. Jason, one of the hosts of THREADS, is a buddy of mine and the main reason why I have a podcast of my own. Please check out his show. My job as a blogger may very well depend on it!

Ok, peace out…
